But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Murilo Prestes couldn't finish the play. The Reko-Recko 03™ fans' excitement grew in the 6th match minute when Reko-Recko 03™'s Svali Bollason looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 9 minutes into the game, Svali Bollason cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Caco Azevedo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Reko-Recko 03™'s Carlos Augusto Sá got a free kick in the 11th minute. The supporters of Reko-Recko 03™ booed when SORRISO E. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvério Abraão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Angelino Nueva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Murilo Prestes, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute Svali Bollason shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caco Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Svali Bollason in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Caco Azevedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ryszard Iwanowski's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Angelino Nueva firmly grabbed it by the left post. Caco Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Svali Bollason, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. With a little luck, Reko-Recko 03™'s Angelino Nueva got control of the ball when Ryszard Iwanowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Caco Azevedo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Reko-Recko 03™'s Svali Bollason shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. SORRISO E. C.'s Caco Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hao Feng Yu in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute Reko-Recko 03™ were awarded a corner. Hao Feng Yu went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Reko-Recko 03™'s Gilmar Prestes getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Murilo Prestes took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Angelino Nueva. Angelino Nueva dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Angelino Nueva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Murilo Prestes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ryszard Iwanowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Angelino Nueva. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ryszard Iwanowski ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Reko-Recko 03™'s Angelino Nueva got control of the ball when Ryszard Iwanowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 46th minute, Ryszard Iwanowski made a precise shot to the right of Angelino Nueva. Reko-Recko 03™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Svali Bollason stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. SORRISO E. C.'s Bruninho Melo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Leandro de Almeida, made in the 53rd minute of the game. Angelino Nueva didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Murilo Prestes went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. The supporters of Reko-Recko 03™ booed when SORRISO E. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josué Fontes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Angelino Nueva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Murilo Prestes in the 60th minute of the match. Reko-Recko 03™'s Xande Cabezudo was substituted for Svali Bollason. A sloppy throw-in by Leandro de Almeida in the 62nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by SORRISO E. C.'s Bruninho Melo. Bruninho Melo kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. SORRISO E. C.'s Caco Azevedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save SORRISO E. C. from getting a goal against them. In the 67th match minute, Reko-Recko 03™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leandro de Almeida to maneuver through the defense. Reko-Recko 03™'s Selman Ruzi was substituted for Gilmar Prestes. Leandro de Almeida kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 72nd match minute, SORRISO E. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlinhos Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. Xande Cabezudo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Caco Azevedo made a huge save. Caco Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Glauco Breckenfeld, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the match, Reko-Recko 03™'s goal looked a bit too open when Murilo Prestes came free, but Angelino Nueva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute, Glauco Breckenfeld ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Caco Azevedo was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-4. Angelino Nueva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryszard Iwanowski in the 83rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryszard Iwanowski in the 85th minute of play forced Reko-Recko 03™'s goalkeeper Angelino Nueva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in SORRISO E. C.'s zone, Hao Feng Yu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Caco Azevedo came out of the goal and Hao Feng Yu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to SORRISO E. C. getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Gustavo Romero hit a great ball. Caco Azevedo made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Xande Cabezudo sent off a good shot on target. Leandro de Almeida kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 95thth minute of the game Murilo Prestes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Reko-Recko 03™'s Angelino Nueva was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Reko-Recko 03™ players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
