With a left leg Robinho Amorim saved DJVAGALUMY FC. from getting behind. 6 minutes into the match, DJVAGALUMY FC.'s goalkeeper Robinho Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ryszard Iwanowski. The supporters of SORRISO E. C. booed when DJVAGALUMY FC. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Linares didn't get a good kick on the ball. SORRISO E. C. were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after DJVAGALUMY FC.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Murilo Prestes took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Murilo Prestes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Robinho Amorim quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The throw-in from Giovani Dracena in the 13th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by SORRISO E. C.'s Pedro Marinho. If Murilo Prestes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vladimir do Vale in the 24th minute of play. Giovani Dracena kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Ryszard Iwanowski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Robinho Amorim. That made the score 1-0 in the 27 minute of play. Vladimir do Vale might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlos Ramos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vladimir do Vale ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 36th match minute, SORRISO E. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natanael de Medeiros to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Vladimir do Vale managed to get in a good position for a shot. DJVAGALUMY FC.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Vladimir do Vale was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Ramos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Robinho Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Murilo Prestes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Robinho Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryszard Iwanowski in the 56th minute of play. Robinho Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Murilo Prestes, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 64 minutes into the game, SORRISO E. C.'s Ryszard Iwanowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Robinho Amorim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Carlos Ramos was a little too slow when Vladimir do Vale got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 2-1. After having played for 77 minutes, Ryszard Iwanowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SORRISO E. C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Ryszard Iwanowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When SORRISO E. C.'s Ryszard Iwanowski in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye DJVAGALUMY FC.'s goalie prevented a goal. In the 83rd minute of the match, Benjamin Kvammen got a very nice opportunity to score, but Carlos Ramos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 86 minutes into the game, Benjamin Kvammen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Carlos Ramos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murilo Prestes in the 89th minute of play forced DJVAGALUMY FC.'s goalkeeper Robinho Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Benjamin Kvammen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benjamin Kvammen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Ramos having to interfere. The DJVAGALUMY FC. players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented SORRISO E. C. from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
