When Belo Alvarez came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the A.D. Alcorcón fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Belo Alvarez couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, PoWer SC 2K5's David Rotariu got control of the ball when Belo Alvarez tried to sneak it across the goal line. PoWer SC 2K5's David Rotariu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erlantz Bermejo in the 29th minute of play. The attack was good, but when Belo Alvarez in the 30th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alcorcón's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
