After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Talleres's Gavino Umbruso got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Romeo Patxi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Talleres's supporters rose to their feet, but Romeo Patxi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karl-Erik Biörnberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Karl-Erik Biörnberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romeo Patxi's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Talleres's Ciriaco Eskuin got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 19th match minute, Jäckvik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulf Alstedt to maneuver through the defense. In the 21stth minute of the game Romeo Patxi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jäckvik's Karl-Erik Biörnberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Talleres's goalkeeper Domingos Victoro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olov Bjursell. The supporters of Jäckvik booed when Club Atlético Talleres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leo Txordon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hubert Mogren took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Domingos Victoro. Club Atlético Talleres's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Domingos Victoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Valström in the 26th minute of play. Karl-Erik Biörnberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Patxi, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Domingos Victoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Valström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 38 minutes of play, Jäckvik's Olov Bjursell made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Domingos Victoro was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 44th minute Adrian Valström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingos Victoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adrian Valström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Olov Bjursell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 53 minutes into the match, Jäckvik's Olov Bjursell sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Domingos Victoro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 55 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Talleres's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Valström came free, but Domingos Victoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Jäckvik booed when Club Atlético Talleres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leo Txordon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Romeo Patxi in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karl-Erik Biörnberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Jäckvik's Karl-Erik Biörnberg got control of the ball when Romeo Patxi tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 71st minute Romeo Patxi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Erik Biörnberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gavino Umbruso, 73 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Domingos Victoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olov Bjursell, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. The audience was convinced that Olov Bjursell's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Domingos Victoro was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. The Club Atlético Talleres fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when Club Atlético Talleres's Romeo Patxi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olov Bjursell couldn't finish the play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
