The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Algitas Kaščiukaitis took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Valerio Quintanilla to make any attempt to save it. In the 6th minute Algitas Kaščiukaitis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valerio Quintanilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Riemannian's Valerio Quintanilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Algitas Kaščiukaitis in the 10th minute of play. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Riemannian's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lennart Larsson was slow to take the kick. During this time Sävedalen's players had a chance to rest. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Algitas Kaščiukaitis in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valerio Quintanilla saved Riemannian from getting behind. In the 20th minute, Algitas Kaščiukaitis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sävedalen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Roi Abril hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Algitas Kaščiukaitis got free with Valerio Quintanilla in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Valerio Quintanilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Algitas Kaščiukaitis went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Riemannian's Valerio Quintanilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Algitas Kaščiukaitis in the 36th minute of play. Valerio Quintanilla came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Sävedalen's Algitas Kaščiukaitis. But to his dismay, Algitas Kaščiukaitis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Valerio Quintanilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Algitas Kaščiukaitis, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 47th minute, Leonardo Quinto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Algitas Kaščiukaitis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sävedalen's supporters rose to their feet, but Algitas Kaščiukaitis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valerio Quintanilla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Valerio Quintanilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Algitas Kaščiukaitis in the 54th minute of play. If Algitas Kaščiukaitis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 57th minute Algitas Kaščiukaitis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valerio Quintanilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xesc Rallo got free with Isaltino Durr in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sävedalen's Isaltino Durr proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Sävedalen from getting a goal against them. 78 minutes into the match, Riemannian's goal looked a bit too open when Junior Junior came free, but Valerio Quintanilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Junior Junior in the 83rd minute of play forced Riemannian's goalkeeper Valerio Quintanilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valerio Quintanilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Björklund in the 84th minute of play.
