GERLIROJO Ψ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rigoberto Argider was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 10 minutes into the match, GERLIROJO Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Rigoberto Argider came free, but Juan Morata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elvio Ferrer kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Martin Jax received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Martin Leheren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the game, GERLIROJO Ψ's Martin Jax nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Martin Leheren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. If Martin Jax had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Martin Leheren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Jax, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. A collision led to GERLIROJO Ψ getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Eleuterio Benvido hit a great ball. When Rigoberto Argider came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Deportivo Luz y Fuerza fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rigoberto Argider couldn't finish the play. Martin Leheren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Jax in the 34th minute of play. Eleuterio Benvido hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Juan Morata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigoberto Argider in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Eleuterio Benvido was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GERLIROJO Ψ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo Luz y Fuerza the free kick. After 39 played minutes GERLIROJO Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Eleuterio Benvido. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elvio Ferrer during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Elvio Ferrer hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rigoberto Argider to make the kick off. Jonny Saran hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Juan Morata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rigoberto Argider, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rigoberto Argider in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Morata saved GERLIROJO Ψ from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in GERLIROJO Ψ's zone, Rigoberto Argider stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Morata came out of the goal and Rigoberto Argider tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. GERLIROJO Ψ made a substitution. Epifanio Ibañez replaced Martin Jax. The supporters of Deportivo Luz y Fuerza booed when GERLIROJO Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Epifanio Ibañez didn't get a good kick on the ball. A throw-in in the 93rd minute of the game was made by Inocencio Sotil with Rigoberto Argider as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The GERLIROJO Ψ players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
