Xurxo Lagunas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Juan Carlos Suciu made a huge save. After some careless play in the Salud y República defense, Alejandro Fernandez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan Carlos Suciu. The Salud y República fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan Carlos Suciu should have stopped the shot. After 23 minutes of play, Asturcones d´la Abadía's Alejandro Fernandez made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan Carlos Suciu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 26thth minute of the game Xurxo Lagunas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Salud y República's Juan Carlos Suciu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Asturcones d´la Abadía were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after Salud y República's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. David Valverde took the corner. The corner ended in David Valverde almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Salud y República's Juan Carlos Suciu did a great save. Salud y República's Juan Carlos Suciu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Salud y República from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Salud y República's Juan Carlos Suciu got control of the ball when Filomeno Tormes tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 38 played minutes Asturcones d´la Abadía got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Esteban. Ermegildo Delgado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ventura Ladra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Salud y República getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Mauricio Astudillo hit a great ball. Fructuoso Echavarri kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Juan Carlos Suciu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xurxo Lagunas in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Reyes No made a kick off. David Valverde took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Juan Carlos Suciu. Salud y República's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Xurxo Lagunas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juan Carlos Suciu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xurxo Lagunas went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. In the 67th minute, Reyes No hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute, Filomeno Tormes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juan Carlos Suciu was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Juan Carlos Suciu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xurxo Lagunas in the 74th minute of the match.
