The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabio Estebe showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ugutz Burualla in the 18th minute of play forced Atlético Nuevo Laredo's goalkeeper Fabio Estebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute, Reyes Pescaredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 21 minutes into the match, Feliciano Nataniel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ortíz Relloso. CANTERANOS DMS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Feliciano Nataniel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Atlético Nuevo Laredo's Fabio Estebe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Atlético Nuevo Laredo from getting a goal against them. Ortíz Relloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amado Damario in the 31st minute of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rafael Quizan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, CANTERANOS DMS's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Bartolome came free, but Ortíz Relloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Feliciano Nataniel took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Ortíz Relloso to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Atlético Nuevo Laredo getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Amado Damario hit a great ball. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ortíz Relloso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Oscar Giral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabio Estebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ugutz Burualla in the 81st minute of play. With a little luck, CANTERANOS DMS's Ortíz Relloso got control of the ball when Mauro Bartolome tried to sneak it across the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Marco Nataniel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ortíz Relloso. CANTERANOS DMS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marco Nataniel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. Atlético Nuevo Laredo played a much better game than CANTERANOS DMS and deserved their victory. The CANTERANOS DMS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
