The SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 26 played minutes Blåvitt got a freekick which was hit by Konrad Gustafsson. David Elodio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mike Cassar Torreggiani came out and tried to block the shot, but David Elodio slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 27th minute. Ödön Szily sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andriy Lunin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Örjan Johansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute of the match, David Elodio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mike Cassar Torreggiani saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Mike Cassar Torreggiani was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Niculae Ungureanu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 37 minute of play. Niculae Ungureanu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Mike Cassar Torreggiani when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Elodio in the 43rd minute of play forced Blåvitt's goalkeeper Mike Cassar Torreggiani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Elodio did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-0 to the left of a surprised Mike Cassar Torreggiani 46 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Blåvitt made a substitution. Adalberto Flores replaced Konrad Gustafsson. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell David Elodio to make the kick off. Gösta Lundberg hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Blåvitt's Mike Cassar Torreggiani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niculae Ungureanu in the 67th minute of play. David Elodio scored 5-0 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mike Cassar Torreggiani, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mike Cassar Torreggiani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niculae Ungureanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Niculae Ungureanu got a free kick in the 76th minute. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
