Maurino Serena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emílio Terra in the 8th minute. Emílio Terra who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 8thth minute tested the skills of Maurino Serena when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Edmond Verdun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Belo Alvarez in the 10th minute of play. Result 2-1. 40 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Belo Alvarez made a kick off. Prospero Jerardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
