FC Kurdistan's Lars Sundström got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roni Ronaldinho got free with Mauro Joachim in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mauro Joachim was a little too slow when Fredric Hybbert got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Felix Azibar to strike the kick off in the second half. Mauro Joachim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fredric Hybbert in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of FC Kurdistan booed when AFC CERBEROS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haroldo Gaizko didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 89 played minutes FC Kurdistan got a freekick which was hit by Yin Yun Fan. Mauro Joachim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elliot Nordgren in the 91st minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Kurdistan had played much better football throughout.
