The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice moves Iwan Kasiewski could shoot a difficult shot in the 4th minute, which Iwo Domarecki however easily saved by the left post. Iwo Domarecki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jörgen Levander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of FC Kurdistan booed when Spartan FC Mogilany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eric Florescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th minute of the match, Fredric Hybbert tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Iwo Domarecki saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thanks to some nice moves Iwan Kasiewski could shoot a difficult shot in the 8th minute, which Iwo Domarecki however easily saved by the left post. 11 minutes into the match, Fredric Hybbert dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Iwo Domarecki, 1-0. Jörgen Levander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iwo Domarecki having to interfere. Spartan FC Mogilany's Iwo Domarecki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Spartan FC Mogilany from getting a goal against them. Jörgen Levander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Iwo Domarecki made a huge save. With a little luck, Spartan FC Mogilany's Iwo Domarecki got control of the ball when Jörgen Levander tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Spartan FC Mogilany's Sever Ulici got a free kick in the 27th minute. Iwo Domarecki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After a rather tough play, Spartan FC Mogilany's Sever Ulici got a free kick in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Konstanty Smolarek to make the kick off. In the 56th minute, Iwan Kasiewski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Kurdistan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. In the 59th minute Fredric Hybbert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwo Domarecki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jörgen Levander in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iwo Domarecki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eric Florescu hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. FC Kurdistan made a substitution. Lars Sundström replaced Paul Falkrans. FC Kurdistan's Einar Hedström was substituted for Jörgen Levander. After a rather tough play, Spartan FC Mogilany's Eric Florescu got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 65th minute Roni Ronaldinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwo Domarecki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute of the match FC Kurdistan got a corner. Spartan FC Mogilany's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Despite this Iwo Domarecki quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Iwo Domarecki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Einar Hedström in the 67th minute of play. If Lars Sundström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th match minute, Spartan FC Mogilany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liam Hähner to maneuver through the defense. Spartan FC Mogilany's Antoni Tomiczek was substituted for Dawid Luty. Spartan FC Mogilany's Przemyslaw Bronder was substituted for Diogo Martins. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Konstanty Smolarek put it in 6-1 from a short distance just to the right of Alaaddin Solskjær. After 93 played minutes FC Kurdistan got a freekick which was hit by Kjell Mattsson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fredric Hybbert in the 95th minute of play forced Spartan FC Mogilany's goalkeeper Iwo Domarecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
