In the 7th minute Sung McKinley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Landry saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Landry made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sung McKinley in the 11th minute. Tigran Kirakosyans short, quick shot in the 13thth minute got Tomas Landry to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 14 minutes into the match, Astrologer FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sung McKinley came free, but Tomas Landry reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Jessie Ware fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Astrologer FC's protests and gave Jessie Ware a yellow card for diving instead. After 16 played minutes Astrologer FC got a freekick which was hit by Jessie Ware. If Merlin Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tigran Kirakosyan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tomas Landry firmly grabbed it by the left post. Merlin Castro had several of the Astrologer FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 25 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Tomas Landry as he didn't even see the shot coming. 32 minutes into the game, Khachatryan's Sung McKinley nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tomas Landry made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Astrologer FC's Tomas Landry played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petros Oganesyan in the 34th minute of play. Tomas Landry made an important save on a dangerous shot by Merlin Castro in the 35th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Merlin Castro in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomas Landry prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 41st match minute, Astrologer FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevin Corona to maneuver through the defense. Tomas McCray kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Merlin Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Khachatryan's supporters rose to their feet, but Merlin Castro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomas Landry breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 47th match minute, Khachatryan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marquis Kenny to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

56 minutes into the match, Astrologer FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sung McKinley came free, but Tomas Landry reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Sung McKinley put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Tomas Landry. Merlin Castro struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Tomas Landry didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Khachatryan. Khachatryan made a substitution. Arin Mndoyants replaced Tigran Kirakosyan. 66 minutes into the match, Arin Mndoyants had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tomas Landry. Astrologer FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arin Mndoyants was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. A collision led to Astrologer FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Oren Grady hit a great ball. In the 71st minute Merlin Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Landry saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Landry showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arin Mndoyants, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Jermaine Richmond made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Alfred Mays sent off a good shot on target. If Merlin Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Khachatryan walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
