Tigran Kirakosyan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilbur Hyde having to interfere. 21 minutes in the game Ervin Huber did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Sung McKinley. The supporters of El Canalla de Chicago booed when Khachatryan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tigran Kirakosyan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wilbur Hyde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hu Wei Shu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joaquim Vilar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Petros Oganesyan in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilbur Hyde prevented the ball from getting in the gole. El Canalla de Chicago's Wilbur Hyde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Merlin Castro in the 33rd minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, El Canalla de Chicago's goal looked a bit too open when Merlin Castro came free, but Wilbur Hyde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilbur Hyde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tigran Kirakosyan in the 42nd minute of play. In the 43rdth minute of the game Tigran Kirakosyan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Canalla de Chicago's Wilbur Hyde was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wilbur Hyde came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Khachatryan's Merlin Castro. But to his dismay, Merlin Castro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1.

A throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game was made by Petros Oganesyan with Merlin Castro as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Wilbur Hyde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hu Wei Shu, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Wilbur Hyde successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 62 minutes El Canalla de Chicago's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marquis Kenny who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Hu Wei Shu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wilbur Hyde quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Merlin Castro in the 70th minute of play forced El Canalla de Chicago's goalkeeper Wilbur Hyde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the game, Jon Yost was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Khachatryan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Canalla de Chicago the free kick. The referee gave El Canalla de Chicago a penalty, 75 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Claude Mueller, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Khachatryan's Jermaine Richmond. 1-1. 78 minutes into the match, El Canalla de Chicago's goal looked a bit too open when Merlin Castro came free, but Wilbur Hyde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jermaine Richmond showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Vilar, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Wilbur Hyde didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Khachatryan's Merlin Castro shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Jermaine Richmond showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claude Mueller in the 86th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in El Canalla de Chicago's zone, Sung McKinley stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nathan Shannon hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Sung McKinley in the 94thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Wilbur Hyde, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
