To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 24 minutes into the match, Black Knights FC's Arturo Di Rado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tomas Landry narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Arturo Di Rado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute of the game Bart Landreth made a throw-in which Damon Blue played forward. In the 36th minute Arturo Di Rado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Landry saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stacy Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas McCray, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Astrologer FC's goalkeeper Tomas Landry, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 42 played minutes Astrologer FC got a freekick which was hit by Bart Landreth. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
