In the 25thth minute of the game Fernando Barros who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Gustavo FPRMZ's Mané Moreno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ's Pedro Augusto Neto got control of the ball when Agostinho Moraes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Amado Tello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Mané Moreno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Gustavo FPRMZ's Mané Moreno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon Raymundo in the 33rd minute of play. Pedro Augusto Neto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agostinho Moraes in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th minute Rafinha Massa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mané Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

FPRMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fernando Barros in the 96th minute. Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ's Fernando Barros was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mané Moreno in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
