Almir Trigo took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bebeto Paranaense. Bebeto Paranaense dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Léo Paranaense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Diego Costa scored 1-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adrianinho Arósio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 18 minutes into the game, Diego Costa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Adrianinho Arósio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to BURITIS FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Ernani Paraense hit a great ball. Adrianinho Arósio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. BURITIS FC's Adrianinho Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Léo Paranaense in the 27th minute of play. When Matías Teles fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BURITIS FC's protests and gave Matías Teles a yellow card for diving instead. Matías Teles kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Diego Costa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grêmio RK75 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Adrianinho Arósio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Costa in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute Diego Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrianinho Arósio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, BURITIS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mário Sérgio came free, but Adrianinho Arósio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 43rd minute of the game. One of Grêmio RK75:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of BURITIS FC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 45 minutes, BURITIS FC's Joel Pombal got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Bebeto Paranaense. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Almir Trigo to strike the kick off in the second half. Ernani Paraense kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. With a little luck, BURITIS FC's Adrianinho Arósio got control of the ball when Mário Sérgio tried to sneak it across the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Léo Paranaense notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of BURITIS FC's Adrianinho Arósio. Adrianinho Arósio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Through an outstanding action, after 70 minutes, Adrianinho Arósio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 72nd minute, Diego Costa made a precise shot to the right of Adrianinho Arósio. BURITIS FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. In the 75th minute, Grêmio RK75's Diego Costa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Adrianinho Arósio. Adrianinho Arósio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-6. Adrianinho Arósio came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Grêmio RK75's Léo Paranaense. But to his dismay, Léo Paranaense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-7. Adrianinho Arósio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the game, Grêmio RK75's Léo Paranaense nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adrianinho Arósio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-8.
