If Håvard Kvalø had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute, Kent-Are Silden hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With 29 minutes on the clock, Marius Payet commited a dangerous tackle. Jesper Blomberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aristide Iftodi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Jesper Blomberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valeriu Marin went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Håvard Kvalø to make the kick off. CF REALCipri's Aristide Iftodi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Håvard Kvalø in the 52nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in CF REALCipri's zone, Håvard Kvalø stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aristide Iftodi came out of the goal and Håvard Kvalø tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 74th minute Finn-Christian Schei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristide Iftodi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kai Sørdal charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kai Sørdal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 75 played minutes Flogo FF got a freekick which was hit by Kai Sørdal. In the 95th minute Vasile Petruescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesper Blomberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
