Stanislav Dvorskiy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Santxo Bango stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Arin Mndoyants's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stanislav Dvorskiy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arin Mndoyants in the 54th minute of play forced Resistencia Tayrona FC's goalkeeper Stanislav Dvorskiy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Khachatryan fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Khachatryan's Arin Mndoyants looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Khachatryan made a substitution.
