Laurence Van Den Abeele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Łukasz Zwolinski in the 26th minute of the match. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wolf De Hond's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. An unexpected shot in the 32nd minute by Armand Steenberghs got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. FFC Merainies 03's Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armand Steenberghs in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute Wolf De Hond shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wolf De Hond, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Apricis Bruxella's Armand Steenberghs got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With his leg Laurence Van Den Abeele managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when FFC Merainies 03's Zé Pedro Montana fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 70 minutes into the match, FFC Merainies 03's goal looked a bit too open when Wolf De Hond came free, but Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Apricis Bruxella's Laurence Van Den Abeele played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Botello in the 74th minute of play. Laurence Van Den Abeele showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leon Craandijk, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Coronel Camba took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 90th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu. FFC Merainies 03's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Wolf De Hond came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Apricis Bruxella fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wolf De Hond couldn't finish the play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Apricis Bruxella fans cheered their team off the field, for while FFC Merainies 03 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
