Patrick Neto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konrad Cichocki in the 17th minute of the match. Thodoris Barlas hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute Liam Bray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Ziomkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Liam Bray came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Fluminense DF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Liam Bray couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Furlan in the 28th minute of play forced CHMIELAKI's goalkeeper Sebastian Ziomkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, CHMIELAKI's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Furlan came free, but Sebastian Ziomkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CHMIELAKI's Sebastian Ziomkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liam Bray in the 43rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, CHMIELAKI's Ibai Etxeberri got a free kick in the 44th minute.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Konrad Cichocki to strike the kick off in the second half. Patrick Neto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konrad Cichocki in the 51st minute of play. CHMIELAKI were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Fluminense DF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ibai Etxeberri took the corner. A collision led to Fluminense DF getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Anísio Moraes hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in CHMIELAKI's zone, Liam Bray stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Ziomkowski came out of the goal and Liam Bray tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 61 minutes, Liam Bray managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fluminense DF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Liam Bray was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dida Dracena's late challenge caught a CHMIELAKI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dida Dracena helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of CHMIELAKI booed when Fluminense DF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dida Dracena didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Liam Bray's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sebastian Ziomkowski was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. In the 71st minute, Luiz Trigo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th minute, Liam Bray left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fluminense DF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Sebastian Ziomkowski went to the wrong direction when Liam Bray was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. CHMIELAKI's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Osvaldo Furlan scored to the left of an out of position Sebastian Ziomkowski, making the score, 1-4. When Osvaldo Furlan came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Fluminense DF fans jumped to their feet.
