The audience was convinced that Nicasio Todor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pat Zamora was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. 5 minutes had been played when some careless play by Memphis Grizzlies's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leandro Hoffmann was slow to take the kick. During this time Oflador FC 2003's players had a chance to rest. The supporters of Memphis Grizzlies booed when Oflador FC 2003 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldo Virila didn't get a good kick on the ball. Godfredo Frascuelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuil Saldzhiev in the 10th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Memphis Grizzlies's Spike Bond got a free kick in the 13th minute. Yin Zhen Feng's late challenge caught a Oflador FC 2003's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yin Zhen Feng helped the player get up and apologised. Oflador FC 2003 made a substitution. Ariel Obano replaced Nicasio Todor. Yin Zhen Feng hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Evaristo Sandalio missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 16 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Pat Zamora right hand side. The throw-in from Evaristo Sandalio in the 21st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Memphis Grizzlies's Haris Sukmara. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Lehior got free with Pat Zamora in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Godfredo Frascuelo came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Memphis Grizzlies's Eric Choupo-Moting. But to his dismay, Eric Choupo-Moting quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. With a little luck, Memphis Grizzlies's Pat Zamora got control of the ball when Felix Lehior tried to sneak it across the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Oflador FC 2003's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Choupo-Moting came free, but Godfredo Frascuelo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eric Choupo-Moting's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Godfredo Frascuelo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. A collision led to Oflador FC 2003 getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Osvaldo Virila hit a great ball. 40 minutes into the game, Evaristo Sandalio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oflador FC 2003's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Memphis Grizzlies the free kick. Godfredo Frascuelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eric Choupo-Moting, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The supporters of Oflador FC 2003 booed when Memphis Grizzlies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ma Kun didn't get a good kick on the ball. During the 46th minute of the match Evaristo Sandalio completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Evaristo Sandalio a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Felix Lehior was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Oflador FC 2003's goalkeeper Godfredo Frascuelo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Eric Choupo-Moting managed to get in a good position for a shot. Memphis Grizzlies's supporters rose to their feet, but Eric Choupo-Moting was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Godfredo Frascuelo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eric Choupo-Moting in the 62nd minute of play forced Oflador FC 2003's goalkeeper Godfredo Frascuelo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Memphis Grizzlies's Pat Zamora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ariel Obano in the 64th minute of play. After 65 played minutes Oflador FC 2003 got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Hoffmann. Memphis Grizzlies's Seamus Poynton was substituted for Ma Kun. Memphis Grizzlies's Ethan Smart was substituted for Eric Choupo-Moting. A collision led to Oflador FC 2003 getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Leandro Hoffmann hit a great ball. After 68 played minutes Oflador FC 2003 got a freekick which was hit by Felix Lehior. In the 69th minute, Aurelio Dei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Godfredo Frascuelo made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Freddie Gettins sent off a good shot on target. In the 74th minute Samuil Saldzhiev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Godfredo Frascuelo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Godfredo Frascuelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danny Clegg in the 76th minute of play. Pat Zamora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Lehior in the 79th minute of the match. Pat Zamora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Virila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes into the match, Oflador FC 2003's goal looked a bit too open when Samuil Saldzhiev came free, but Godfredo Frascuelo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Oflador FC 2003 defense, Danny Clegg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Godfredo Frascuelo. The Oflador FC 2003 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Godfredo Frascuelo should have stopped the shot. Memphis Grizzlies's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
