With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frances Jaraba prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Frances Jaraba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Bareiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Internet XAire's Adam Bareiro in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FCSB CUENCA's goalie prevented a goal. In the 21st minute, Adam Bareiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. FCSB CUENCA:s Frances Jaraba showed great skill when he stopped Mateo Gamarra:s penalty. Mateo Gamarra did an outstanding performance 31 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 0-3 to the right of an irritated Frances Jaraba in the goal. Guido Abeita hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Marcio Carreira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Feliks Osowski made a huge save. Frances Jaraba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Bareiro in the 42nd minute of the match. Feliks Osowski was a little too slow when Desiderio Martinez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 1-3. After some careless play in the FCSB CUENCA defense, Adam Bareiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frances Jaraba. The FCSB CUENCA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frances Jaraba should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Frances Jaraba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Bareiro in the 53rd minute of the match. After having played for 58 minutes, Adam Bareiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Internet XAire's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adam Bareiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Adam Bareiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Frances Jaraba was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. FCSB CUENCA's Frances Jaraba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Bareiro in the 64th minute of play. Adam Bareiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Frances Jaraba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Gabi March's late challenge caught a Internet XAire's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gabi March helped the player get up and apologised. Internet XAire's Arden Colas was substituted for Mateo Gamarra. After 82 played minutes FCSB CUENCA got a freekick which was hit by Gabi March. Internet XAire's Feliks Osowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcio Carreira in the 86th minute of play. Danilo Ceandro was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 90 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Internet XAire's Danilo Ceandro got a free kick in the 91st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Navarro in the 91st minute of play forced Internet XAire's goalkeeper Feliks Osowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adam Bareiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frances Jaraba having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Internet XAire eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
