Óscar Cordoba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Fábio Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Martín Cardetti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Óscar Cordoba was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. T€Tra brick FC's Fermín Verdu quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Rune Fanström, made in the 22nd minute of the game. Sporting de Gijón's Óscar Cordoba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fermín Verdu in the 23rd minute of play. T€Tra brick FC's attentive Fermín Verdu managed to snatch the ball when Rune Fanström made a throw-in in the 26th minute of the game. When Sporting de Gijón's Matias Bilintx in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye T€Tra brick FC's goalie prevented a goal. Eleuterio Urbez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Bilintx in the 39th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Sporting de Gijón's Carolo Ovando was substituted for Venancio Emesto. Sporting de Gijón made a substitution. Atilano Feo replaced Eustacio Loiola. Óscar Cordoba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martín Cardetti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute Martín Cardetti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Óscar Cordoba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Rune Fanström in the 82nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by T€Tra brick FC's Niculae Nicodim. The T€Tra brick FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
