The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Dante Fernendo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorino Tallia in the 23rd minute of play. Sporting de Gijón's Dante Fernendo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Lesardo in the 25th minute of play. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sporting de Gijón's goalkeeper Dante Fernendo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dante Fernendo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliberto Otsando in the 29th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Sporting de Gijón's goal looked a bit too open when Feliberto Otsando came free, but Dante Fernendo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Matias Bilintx stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Sporting de Gijón's goalkeeper Dante Fernendo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bogumil Dombrowski. Attilio Perna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Zanabria in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 76thth minute of the game Matias Bilintx who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Graneros's Attilio Perna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Sporting de Gijón getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Niceto Dominix hit a great ball. Sporting de Gijón made a substitution. Atilano Feo replaced Constantino Nuno. In the 80th match minute, Sporting de Gijón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niceto Dominix to maneuver through the defense. 81 minutes into the match, Graneros's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Zanabria came free, but Attilio Perna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mario Zanabria succeeded in the game's 91st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. Christian Lesardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Graneros walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
