La Candela FC's Silverio Lluterio got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 24 minutes, Lu Yang Xing managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Candela FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lu Yang Xing was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Papulote FC defense, Silverio Lluterio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nereo Raymon. The Papulote FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nereo Raymon should have stopped the shot. 30 minutes into the game, Silverio Lluterio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Nereo Raymon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Silverio Lluterio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Silverio Lluterio scored 0-4 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nereo Raymon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 39 played minutes La Candela FC got a freekick which was hit by Olari Paukson. Nereo Raymon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lu Yang Xing in the 43rd minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arnoldo Gonzo was the one to do the kick off. Nereo Raymon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silverio Lluterio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Papulote FC's zone, Silverio Lluterio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nereo Raymon came out of the goal and Silverio Lluterio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 57 minutes into the match, La Candela FC's Silverio Lluterio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nereo Raymon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 58 minutes into the game, one of Papulote FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 62 minutes Papulote FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Valtteri Snellman who took care of the corner kick. 64 minutes into the match, Papulote FC's goalkeeper Nereo Raymon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silverio Lluterio. Nereo Raymon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silverio Lluterio in the 65th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Silverio Lluterio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nereo Raymon was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Nereo Raymon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Silverio Lluterio in the 70th minute. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 79thth minute of the game Damian Servando who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Papulote FC's Nereo Raymon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 81st minute Damian Servando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nereo Raymon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nereo Raymon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Servando, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 97thth minute of the game Guaberto Bitxintxo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Papulote FC's Nereo Raymon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match was over La Candela FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Papulote FC throughout the match.
