In the 15th minute, one of Alpachiri AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Alpachiri AFC. Alpachiri AFC:s Eduardo Karmel showed great skill when he stopped Hector Fero:s penalty. Eduardo Karmel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santos Cayo in the 19th minute of the match. Elpidio Ekain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 23 minutes into the game, Patricio Bartolome cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Raul Lipp was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 26th minute, Elpidio Ekain made a precise shot to the right of Eduardo Karmel. Alpachiri AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Elpidio Ekain spun around in front of the goal 30 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Alpachiri AFC's goal. Eduardo Karmel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santos Cayo in the 32nd minute of play. Alpachiri AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
