Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Benedykt Pankiewicz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dom Maxwell came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Benedykt Pankiewicz. But to his dismay, Benedykt Pankiewicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Esen Sanal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Woodyat in the 10th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Benedykt Pankiewicz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dom Maxwell. Birstall Bombers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benedykt Pankiewicz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 18 minutes into the match, Ricardinho de Senna notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Birstall Bombers's Dom Maxwell. Dom Maxwell was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 20 minutes into the match, Benedykt Pankiewicz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dom Maxwell. Birstall Bombers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benedykt Pankiewicz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Dom Maxwell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lei Feng Yan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute, Lei Feng Yan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The S.E.R. Caxias do Sul fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Dom Maxwell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Krisztián Véber in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Birstall Bombers's goal looked a bit too open when Lei Feng Yan came free, but Dom Maxwell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Birstall Bombers's Dom Maxwell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedykt Pankiewicz in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lei Feng Yan in the 40th minute of play forced Birstall Bombers's goalkeeper Dom Maxwell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute Benedykt Pankiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dom Maxwell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dom Maxwell didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benedykt Pankiewicz went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardinho de Senna in the 46th minute of play forced Birstall Bombers's goalkeeper Dom Maxwell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pete Meadowcroft during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 47 played minutes Birstall Bombers got a freekick which was hit by Pete Meadowcroft. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

S.E.R. Caxias do Sul made a substitution. Mario Pochekanski replaced Benedykt Pankiewicz. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Brynn Frost to make the kick off. Dom Maxwell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Pochekanski in the 55th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Lei Feng Yan made a precise shot to the right of Dom Maxwell. Birstall Bombers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. After 60 minutes of play, S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Mario Pochekanski made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dom Maxwell was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 64th minute Krisztián Véber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dom Maxwell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ricardinho de Senna scored 0-10 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dom Maxwell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Birstall Bombers's Dom Maxwell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Krisztián Véber in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute, S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Lei Feng Yan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dom Maxwell. Dom Maxwell yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-11. 74 minutes into the match, Birstall Bombers's goalkeeper Dom Maxwell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mario Pochekanski. Dom Maxwell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Pochekanski in the 77th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Krisztián Véber took a quick shot and it went in 0-12 without a chance for Dom Maxwell to make any attempt to save it. Lei Feng Yan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Dom Maxwell made a huge save. 84 minutes into the match, Birstall Bombers's goal looked a bit too open when Lei Feng Yan came free, but Dom Maxwell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 0-13 when Lei Feng Yan sped through Birstall Bombers's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dom Maxwell. Dom Maxwell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Pochekanski in the 91st minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Birstall Bombers's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Pochekanski came free, but Dom Maxwell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Mario Pochekanski in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Birstall Bombers's goalie prevented a goal. S.E.R. Caxias do Sul were awarded a corner in the 94th minute after Birstall Bombers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lei Feng Yan took the corner. Lei Feng Yan made a great header on S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's corner, it was just that Birstall Bombers's Dom Maxwell managed to reach the ball for a save. Krisztián Véber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dom Maxwell was a little too slow when Lei Feng Yan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 98th minute. The score was now 0-14. The Birstall Bombers fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. S.E.R. Caxias do Sul were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
