In the 8thth minute of the game Liu Feng Quan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Agua Santa's Tomé Mota was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 10th minute, Liu Feng Quan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Agua Santa defense, Silas Arantes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomé Mota. The Agua Santa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomé Mota should have stopped the shot. Chicão Guerra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnoldo Donzel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. A collision led to Agua Santa getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Jânio Arantes hit a great ball. Silas Arantes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Tomé Mota tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute Oséas Trigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Donzel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silas Arantes took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomé Mota. Tomé Mota dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. BMB IMOVEIS SC's Arnoldo Donzel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oséas Trigo in the 40th minute of play. Arnoldo Donzel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Rosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the match, Agua Santa's goalkeeper Tomé Mota had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silas Arantes. Agua Santa's Enrique Abreu was substituted for Ernani Valladares. A collision led to BMB IMOVEIS SC getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Silas Arantes hit a great ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oséas Trigo to make the kick off. The supporters of BMB IMOVEIS SC booed when Agua Santa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giuseppe Queirós didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yan Leite in the 78th minute of play forced Agua Santa's goalkeeper Tomé Mota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnoldo Donzel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oséas Trigo in the 96th minute of the match. BMB IMOVEIS SC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
