Francana's goalkeeper Wilson Cassia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Milanis E.C. fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Milanis E.C.'s Zé Tola looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 18 minutes, Armando Orlando mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A.A. Francana and the Milanis E.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Armando Orlando hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Zé Tola blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilson Cassia having to make a save. Wilson Cassia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Tola, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 23rd match minute, A.A. Francana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Válbson Loyola to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the game, Zé Tola cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Wilson Cassia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 27 minutes into the match, Milanis E.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Luizão Bocanegra came free, but Doni Prado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilson Cassia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zé Tola's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. With a little luck, A.A. Francana's Wilson Cassia got control of the ball when Zé Tola tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in A.A. Francana's zone, Zé Tola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Cassia came out of the goal and Zé Tola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Válbson Soeiro's late challenge caught a Milanis E.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Válbson Soeiro helped the player get up and apologised. After 39 played minutes A.A. Francana got a freekick which was hit by Válbson Soeiro. If Zé Tola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Wilson Cassia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Tola in the 41st minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Zé Tola reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Wilson Cassia. The goal made the score 3-0. Wilson Cassia came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Milanis E.C.'s Zé Tola. But to his dismay, Zé Tola quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luizão Bocanegra to make the kick off. Bruninho Brito hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Zé Tola blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilson Cassia having to make a save. Wilson Cassia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Tola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 61 minutes, Rafinha Custódio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Milanis E.C. and the A.A. Francana players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Tola in the 63rd minute of play forced A.A. Francana's goalkeeper Wilson Cassia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Hélder de Medeiros fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Milanis E.C.'s protests and gave Hélder de Medeiros a yellow card for diving instead. In the 70th minute, Hélder de Medeiros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 72 minutes of play, Milanis E.C.'s Zé Tola made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilson Cassia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zé Tola took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Cassia. Wilson Cassia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Isiah Hinkle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Wilson Cassia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilson Cassia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Tola in the 81st minute of the match. Zé Tola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Cassia having to interfere. In the 94th minute Zé Tola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Cassia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Zé Tola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Wilson Cassia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Tola in the 96th minute of the match.
