The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Michel Neuer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amado Salazar in the 5th minute of play. Adrian Txindoki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Er Håland in the 8th minute of play. Adrian Txindoki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Er Håland in the 12th minute of the match. Adrian Txindoki came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by TaTeRo Boys's Olívio Andrade. But to his dismay, Olívio Andrade quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Viseu United were furious when Leandro Paulista was red carded, 19 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Viseu United fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 18th minute. Penalty! Hans Kilstedt took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adrian Txindoki. Adrian Txindoki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The audience was convinced that Amado Salazar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Michel Neuer was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gong Bo during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 33rd match minute, TaTeRo Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gong Bo to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Er Håland in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adrian Txindoki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Er Håland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 37th minute Er Håland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Txindoki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrian Txindoki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Er Håland in the 39th minute of play. The TaTeRo Boys fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when TaTeRo Boys's Er Håland looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Er Håland fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TaTeRo Boys's protests and gave Er Håland a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd minute, Er Håland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half TaTeRo Boys were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Amado Salazar made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Er Håland made a precise shot to the right of Adrian Txindoki. Viseu United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. Adrian Txindoki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Er Håland, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 63 minutes into the match, Er Håland had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adrian Txindoki. Viseu United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Er Håland was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. Gaspar Moita kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Gaspar Moita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Richard Chotard came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the TaTeRo Boys fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Richard Chotard couldn't finish the play. Adrian Txindoki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Kilstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Adrian Txindoki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Grzegorz Czerwinski in the 77th minute. Endrik Halland's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adrian Txindoki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Michel Neuer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ziemowit Gdowski in the 85th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Hamílton Linhares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the game, Ziemowit Gdowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-7. Michel Neuer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 92nd minute Olívio Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Txindoki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michel Neuer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ziemowit Gdowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. TaTeRo Boys played a much better game than Viseu United and deserved their victory. The Viseu United players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
