Borys Witek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amado Salazar in the 4th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Slawomir Sniegowski got free with Adrian Txindoki in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adrian Txindoki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Dropinski in the 13th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Amado Salazar notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of STAL ST WOLA's Borys Witek. Borys Witek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 20th match minute, Viseu United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valter Bentes to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the game, Roque Pirro threw the ball into play from the sideline. Viseu United's Virgílio Camacho quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Borys Witek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amado Salazar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adrian Txindoki was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Slawomir Sniegowski capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Slawomir Sniegowski really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Borys Witek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Moita in the 35th minute of the match. When David Moreira fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Viseu United's protests and gave David Moreira a yellow card for diving instead. Adrian Txindoki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Göran Danielsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Viseu United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antoni Bubczyk was slow to take the kick. During this time STAL ST WOLA's players had a chance to rest. Virgílio Camacho hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amado Salazar in the 45th minute of play forced STAL ST WOLA's goalkeeper Borys Witek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Viseu United's Amado Salazar got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gaspar Moita was the one to do the kick off. Amado Salazar's late challenge caught a STAL ST WOLA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amado Salazar helped the player get up and apologised. Amado Salazar kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Adrian Txindoki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Göran Danielsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Gaspar Moita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Borys Witek made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Amado Salazar sent off a good shot on target. Adrian Txindoki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Dropinski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Slawomir Sniegowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Txindoki having to interfere. Viseu United made a substitution. Ziemowit Gdowski replaced Amado Salazar. In the 68th minute, Gaspar Moita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ziemowit Gdowski in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Borys Witek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 76th minute Viseu United were awarded a corner. Valter Bentes went to the cornerflag to take it. 77 minutes into the match, Andy Chin notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Viseu United's Adrian Txindoki. Adrian Txindoki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Gaspar Moita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 82nd minute, Gaspar Moita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adrian Txindoki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Göran Danielsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Göran Danielsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adrian Txindoki. Viseu United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Göran Danielsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Viseu United players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for STAL ST WOLA.
