But to his dismay, Niks Mus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. If Niks Mus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Niks Mus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lars Norberg was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. With 19 minutes on the clock, Jack Vennerlund commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 29 minutes, Jon-Inge Kvalvåg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dum Dum Boys Athletics and the spikarna players grew even worse after the yellow card. spikarna were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after Dum Dum Boys Athletics's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Atakan Pepe took the corner. A collision led to spikarna getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Birger Bergström hit a great ball. Dum Dum Boys Athletics's Adam Svenningsen got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Trond Bjørheim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atakan Pepe, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Dum Dum Boys Athletics's Trond Bjørheim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atakan Pepe in the 38th minute of play. Niks Mus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars Norberg having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Sven Nordkvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The spikarna fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. A collision led to spikarna getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lars Norberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Niks Mus made the kick off in the second half. Lars Norberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Asbjørn Hollund, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asbjørn Hollund in the 51st minute of play forced spikarna's goalkeeper Lars Norberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedrinho Geromel hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute Niks Mus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars Norberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Sven Nordkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lars Norberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niks Mus in the 81st minute of play. Adrian Svanberg kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Lars Norberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niks Mus in the 85th minute of the match. Lars Norberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niks Mus in the 89th minute of play. Dum Dum Boys Athletics's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adam Svenningsen in the 91st minute. Dum Dum Boys Athletics's Adam Svenningsen was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lars Norberg in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Dum Dum Boys Athletics fully deserved thier win.
