Siro Benvido scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Torben Drieø, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bogdan Utretskiy in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Torben Drieø prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Siro Benvido might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Torben Drieø. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Siro Benvido ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 14thth minute of the game Siro Benvido who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gettrup SIK's Torben Drieø was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gnaget United FC's Ronnie Hellström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kris Noander in the 18th minute of play. Torben Drieø took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Siro Benvido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gettrup SIK's Torben Drieø played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siro Benvido in the 19th minute of play. Ronnie Hellström was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Kris Noander capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kris Noander really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Torben Drieø showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bogdan Utretskiy in the 35th minute of the match. Gnaget United FC's Ronnie Hellström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Herstad in the 38th minute of play. Torben Drieø showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siro Benvido, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 46th minute, Gettrup SIK's Kris Noander dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Siro Benvido to make the kick off. Siro Benvido in the 59thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Torben Drieø, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Carl Jonsson hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute David Herstad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronnie Hellström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, David Herstad quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Gettrup SIK made a substitution. Keld Popp replaced Sebastean Staniok. Ronnie Hellström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isak Krontoft, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gettrup SIK's Joachim Kragstrup was substituted for Isak Krontoft. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Gettrup SIK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Gnaget United FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
