Saga TF's Joachim Forseth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gencer Hisarcık in the 18th minute of play. A collision led to The Shadows getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Robin Cane hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gencer Hisarcık to make the kick off. In the 60th match minute, Saga TF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kent-Are Tvedt to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Saga TF's zone, Gencer Hisarcık stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joachim Forseth came out of the goal and Gencer Hisarcık tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 66 played minutes Saga TF got a freekick which was hit by Ola Nordhagen. Joachim Forseth made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gencer Hisarcık in the 69th minute. Marcos Basso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silviu Leahu in the 78th minute of the match. Joachim Forseth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gencer Hisarcık, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Shadows's Herman Lindell was substituted for Gencer Hisarcık. Saga TF made a substitution. Arne Botnen replaced Truls Landsem. Herman Lindells short, quick shot in the 92ndth minute got Joachim Forseth to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 94 minutes had been played when some careless play by Saga TF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ni Zhen Ying was slow to take the kick. During this time The Shadows's players had a chance to rest. In the 95th minute Daniel Nannskog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Basso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saga TF were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of The Shadows for a fine match.
