In the 16th minute Angelo Deunoro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Milei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pity 31's Mateo Pellegrino was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 18th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 22 played minutes Atlético Rio Cuarto got a freekick which was hit by Elpidio Haritzeder. Atlético Rio Cuarto's Alvaro Pabla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Pellegrino in the 27th minute of play. Saturnino Marino charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Saturnino Marino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Atlético Rio Cuarto getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Saturnino Marino hit a great ball. In the 33rdth minute of the game Angelo Deunoro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pity 31's Javier Milei was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pity 31 were furious when Alfonso Bertol was red carded, 35 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Alfonso Bertol hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. 36 minutes into the match, Atlético Rio Cuarto's Guido Burni broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 40 minutes into the match, Atlético Rio Cuarto's goalkeeper Alvaro Pabla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mateo Pellegrino. Mateo Pellegrino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Atlético Rio Cuarto's Alvaro Pabla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Pellegrino in the 47th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mateo Pellegrino made a kick off. Abelardo Petrigai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Roman Urbes fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atlético Rio Cuarto's protests and gave Roman Urbes a yellow card for diving instead. Roman Urbes hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Abelardo Petrigai hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Roman Urbes kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Mateo Pellegrino scored 2-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alvaro Pabla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Pity 31 booed when Atlético Rio Cuarto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Deunoro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atlético Rio Cuarto's Jacinto Ferman got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jacinto Ferman kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Alvaro Pabla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateo Pellegrino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evaristo Avellaneda kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Mateo Pellegrino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Pabla having to interfere. Omar Balesio kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Atlético Rio Cuarto's Alvaro Pabla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Pellegrino in the 90th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Pity 31 had played much better football throughout.
