Rodrigo Altamirano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mané Moreno having to interfere. If Rodrigo Altamirano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mané Moreno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Altamirano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ronaldo de Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júlio Saraiva in the 16th minute of the match. Agostinho Moraes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldo de Moraes having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Jack Ratcliffe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22ndth minute of the game Rodrigo Altamirano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Gustavo FPRMZ's Mané Moreno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rhett Chevrette got free with Ronaldo de Moraes in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jack Ratcliffe's late challenge caught a Vista Alegre FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jack Ratcliffe helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FC Gustavo FPRMZ getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Jack Ratcliffe hit a great ball. Mané Moreno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Altamirano, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute of the match Vista Alegre FC got a corner. FC Gustavo FPRMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Igor Souza ran over to the corner to take the kick. 33 minutes into the match, Vista Alegre FC's goalkeeper Ronaldo de Moraes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agostinho Moraes. FC Gustavo FPRMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jack Ratcliffe in the 34th minute. Mané Moreno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Altamirano, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rodrigo Altamirano to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes of play, FC Gustavo FPRMZ's Júlio Saraiva made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ronaldo de Moraes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vista Alegre FC's Ronaldo de Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agostinho Moraes in the 55th minute of play. Mané Moreno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodrigo Altamirano's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. With his leg Mané Moreno managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Vista Alegre FC's Rodrigo Altamirano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Vista Alegre FC's Ronaldo de Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agostinho Moraes in the 67th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Gustavo FPRMZ's Jack Ratcliffe got a free kick in the 69th minute. Vista Alegre FC made a substitution. Norberto de Azevedo replaced Belo Ponta. After some careless play in the Vista Alegre FC defense, Rhett Chevrette kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ronaldo de Moraes. The Vista Alegre FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ronaldo de Moraes should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Vista Alegre FC's Norberto de Azevedo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mané Moreno. That made the score 3-2 after 79 minutes of play. In the 90th minute, Dudu Magalhães reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mané Moreno. The goal made the score 3-4. Lex Nelis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Mané Moreno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute Júlio Saraiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldo de Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The FC Gustavo FPRMZ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Vista Alegre FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Vista Alegre FC.
