After 24 minutes of play, Palestra do Interior's Ronaldo Pirani made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fermin Argenis was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 29th minute Perivaldo Carneiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fermin Argenis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Perivaldo Carneiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fermin Argenis. ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Perivaldo Carneiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Geronimo Harriet took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fernando Pras. Fernando Pras dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Nelsinho Marinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fermin Argenis having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Palestra do Interior's goal looked a bit too open when Geronimo Harriet came free, but Fernando Pras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernando Pras came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's Geronimo Harriet. But to his dismay, Geronimo Harriet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adolf Fratev to strike the kick off in the second half. Palestra do Interior's Fernando Pras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geronimo Harriet in the 58th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Palestra do Interior's goal looked a bit too open when Adolf Fratev came free, but Fernando Pras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Palestra do Interior's Anísio Carneiro was substituted for Perivaldo Gerber. Palestra do Interior made a substitution. Dinei Brito replaced Ronaldo Pirani. Zé Rafael hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Fernando Pras made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. David Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Fernando Pras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernesto Barros in the 90th minute of the match. ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's Fermin Argenis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save ARedonditos de Ricota CFK from getting a goal against them.
