The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Claudio Franco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wojciech Kosiorek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W booed when CENTAURO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltasar Oxarra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Izydor Trynda struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Siro Cordeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W. CENTAURO's Honorio Cresencio got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zdzislaw Bronicki's late challenge caught a CENTAURO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zdzislaw Bronicki helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W's Zdzislaw Bronicki got a free kick in the 19th minute. Honorio Cresencio, 20 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 21st match minute, Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zdzislaw Bronicki to maneuver through the defense. Claudio Franco might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Janusz Fafinski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claudio Franco ran back to his position shaking his head. When Wojciech Kosiorek came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wojciech Kosiorek couldn't finish the play. Narciso Dimas hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute of the match Wojciech Kosiorek sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Siro Cordeiro skillfully saved the ball. After 28 played minutes Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Jaroszewicz. In the 33rd minute, Basilio Cresencio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Janusz Fafinski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wojciech Kosiorek in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Siro Cordeiro saved CENTAURO from getting behind. Janusz Fafinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorio Cresencio in the 40th minute of play. In the 46th match minute, Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zdzislaw Bronicki to maneuver through the defense. 47 minutes into the match, Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Franco came free, but Janusz Fafinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Wojciech Kosioreks short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Siro Cordeiro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Izydor Trynda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Siro Cordeiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, CENTAURO's goal looked a bit too open when Wojciech Kosiorek came free, but Siro Cordeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W booed when CENTAURO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santos Cordarrel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Wojciech Kosiorek managed to get in a good position for a shot. Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W's supporters rose to their feet, but Wojciech Kosiorek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Siro Cordeiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wojciech Kosiorek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Inocencio Barea hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Izydor Trynda blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Siro Cordeiro having to make a save. In the 86th match minute, Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norbert Jarosz to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, Claudio Franco made a precise shot to the right of Janusz Fafinski. Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 90th minute of the match, Izydor Trynda tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Siro Cordeiro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Basilio Cresencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Janusz Fafinski having to interfere.
