The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 17 minutes into the match, Long Liang Wei notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of CORNUDOS Fútbol Club's Ken Urdal. Ken Urdal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Carolo Claus hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Acuña's zone, Lisandro Haitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gil Leme came out of the goal and Lisandro Haitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rey Normando in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gil Leme saved Acuña from getting behind. CORNUDOS Fútbol Club's Ken Urdal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Long Liang Wei in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Acuña were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Long Liang Wei made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, CORNUDOS Fútbol Club's Modesto Tavio got a free kick in the 51st minute. Long Liang Wei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ken Urdal having to interfere. In the 54th minute Long Liang Wei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ken Urdal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Long Liang Wei in the 55th minute of play forced CORNUDOS Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Ken Urdal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ken Urdal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Long Liang Wei, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 64th minute, Amancio Guzman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CORNUDOS Fútbol Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Maximiliano Lluterio hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig-Arne Stenman in the 73rd minute of play forced CORNUDOS Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Ken Urdal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gil Leme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rey Normando in the 78th minute of the match. Lisandro Haitz scored 2-1 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gil Leme, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. CORNUDOS Fútbol Club's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
