Ken Urdal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hipolito Aurken, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 10 minutes had been played when some careless play by CORNUDOS Fútbol Club's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gaizka Aranguren was slow to take the kick. During this time Distribuidora 25 de mayo's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Edelmiro Paez heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Manuel Lohitzun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ken Urdal having to interfere. In the 18th minute Distribuidora 25 de mayo were awarded a corner. Gaizka Aranguren went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Distribuidora 25 de mayo's Gaizka Aranguren to fire away a dangerous shot which Ken Urdal despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Rosendo Gustau made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Lisandro Haitz sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacinto Cordarrel in the 23rd minute of play forced CORNUDOS Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Ken Urdal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ken Urdal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Modesto Monico, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Lisandro Haitz in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rosendo Gustau, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 29 minutes into the match, Distribuidora 25 de mayo's goalkeeper Rosendo Gustau had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lisandro Haitz. CORNUDOS Fútbol Club's Ken Urdal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Lohitzun in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, CORNUDOS Fútbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Hipolito Aurken came free, but Ken Urdal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ken Urdal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jacinto Cordarrel's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Distribuidora 25 de mayo's goal looked a bit too open when Lisandro Haitz came free, but Rosendo Gustau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Distribuidora 25 de mayo's Rosendo Gustau proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Distribuidora 25 de mayo from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hipolito Aurken in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ken Urdal saved CORNUDOS Fútbol Club from getting behind. Lisandro Haitz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 48thth minute tested the skills of Rosendo Gustau when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Manuel Lohitzun to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Nunez Gelacio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nunez Gelacio got his second yellow card in the match during the 55th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to CORNUDOS Fútbol Club getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Nunez Gelacio hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, CORNUDOS Fútbol Club's Gaston Ubelteso got a free kick in the 59th minute. Distribuidora 25 de mayo's Denis Franco was substituted for Manuel Lohitzun. After 60 played minutes CORNUDOS Fútbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Ubelteso. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hipolito Aurken in the 61st minute of play forced CORNUDOS Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Ken Urdal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rey Normando's late challenge caught a Distribuidora 25 de mayo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rey Normando helped the player get up and apologised. After 66 played minutes CORNUDOS Fútbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Rey Normando. Ken Urdal made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Jacinto Cordarrel sent off a good shot on target. CORNUDOS Fútbol Club were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after Distribuidora 25 de mayo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lisandro Haitz took the corner. Lisandro Haitz made a great header on CORNUDOS Fútbol Club's corner, it was just that Distribuidora 25 de mayo's Rosendo Gustau managed to reach the ball for a save. CORNUDOS Fútbol Club's Ken Urdal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save CORNUDOS Fútbol Club from getting a goal against them. With an all-out effort, Distribuidora 25 de mayo's Ken Urdal threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hipolito Aurken, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Rey Normando was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 80 minutes had been played. The supporters of Distribuidora 25 de mayo booed when CORNUDOS Fútbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rey Normando didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Jacinto Cordarrel could shoot a difficult shot in the 87th minute, which Ken Urdal however easily saved by the left post. CORNUDOS Fútbol Club's Ken Urdal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save CORNUDOS Fútbol Club from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Jacinto Cordarrel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ken Urdal. That made the score 0-1 in the 88 minute of play. If Hipolito Aurken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ken Urdal came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Distribuidora 25 de mayo's Denis Franco. But to his dismay, Denis Franco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Distribuidora 25 de mayo made a substitution. Teodosio Ibar replaced Hipolito Aurken. A hard shot 96 in the game by Jacinto Cordarrel from a close distance when the talented Ken Urdal managed to make a qualified save. CORNUDOS Fútbol Club's players were relieved. When the match was over Distribuidora 25 de mayo could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than CORNUDOS Fútbol Club throughout the match.
