The supporters of Barrilete Cósmico booed when El Fortín de Floresta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. The audience was convinced that Leonel Kelemen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mario Olando was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Barrilete Cósmico's Mario Olando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonel Kelemen in the 44th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonel Kelemen made a kick off. Gogo Ricart hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. El Fortín de Floresta played a much better game than Barrilete Cósmico and deserved their victory. The Barrilete Cósmico players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
