Överås IK's Eero Viks played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albinas Albanov in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Albinas Albanov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Eero Viks was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Karsten Karlsen hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Albinas Albanov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eero Viks having to make a save. Eero Viks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albinas Albanov in the 23rd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Överås IK's Karsten Karlsen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Big Hands narrowly saved just below the crossbar. But to his dismay, Albinas Albanov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 38 minutes into the match, Överås IK's goal looked a bit too open when Albinas Albanov came free, but Eero Viks reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 40 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Albinas Albanov sped through Överås IK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eero Viks. After 44 played minutes Överås IK got a freekick which was hit by Urban Jonsson. Hamílton Sampaio's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Eero Viks on his right side and into the goal. 45 minutes into the game it was 0-4. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Albinas Albanov made a kick off. The FK Užnemunė SLAVA UKRAINI fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when FK Užnemunė SLAVA UKRAINI's Albinas Albanov looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The corner ended in Alajos Belliger almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Överås IK's Eero Viks did a great save. Eero Viks had great luck who in the 59thth minute grab hold of the ball when Albinas Albanov from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Karsten Karlsen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Albinas Albanov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 67th minute Albinas Albanov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eero Viks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albinas Albanov in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eero Viks prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Överås IK's zone, Albinas Albanov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eero Viks came out of the goal and Albinas Albanov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 77 minutes into the match, Karsten Karlsen notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of FK Užnemunė SLAVA UKRAINI's Big Hands. Big Hands was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Överås IK's Lennart Skräddare was substituted for Hitz Toxeiro. 81 minutes into the match, Överås IK's goal looked a bit too open when Albinas Albanov came free, but Eero Viks reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
