If Omar Arlegui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's Dionisio Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurilio Mendoza in the 9th minute of play. Dionisio Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurino Verschueren in the 17th minute of the match. Dionisio Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurino Verschueren, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Baez FC's goalkeeper Severino Taylor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romelio Ordaz. Roldán Botellos short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Severino Taylor to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 26 minutes into the match, Omar Arlegui notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Baez FC's Severino Taylor. Severino Taylor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Abelado Sobarzo succeeded in the game's 31st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Severino Taylor came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's Roldán Botello. But to his dismay, Roldán Botello quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Roldán Botello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th match minute, PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romelio Ordaz to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Baez FC booed when PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Brotfeld didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dionisio Costa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abelado Sobarzo in the 49th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abelado Sobarzo to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Jonathan Brotfeld hit a great ball. 54 minutes into the match, Baez FC's Axel Unquera sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dionisio Costa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maurino Verschueren in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dionisio Costa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 59th minute, Baez FC's Abelado Sobarzo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dionisio Costa. Dionisio Costa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. 62 minutes into the game, Roldán Botello cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Severino Taylor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's Dionisio Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelado Sobarzo in the 65th minute of play. When Baldomero Vanohier came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baldomero Vanohier couldn't finish the play. In the 90th minute, Roldán Botello made a precise shot to the right of Severino Taylor. Baez FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC had won after a very even match.
