Stelios Kopanaras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateusz Sakowicz in the 3rd minute of the match. Arne Rusterholz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Calvino, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Mateusz Sakowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Stelios Kopanaras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateusz Sakowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Re Loco's Poli Valente got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 18 minutes into the game, Düsseldorf FC's Alvaro Calvino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arne Rusterholz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. If Teofilo Salomon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alvaro Calvino in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arne Rusterholz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Stelios Kopanaras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateusz Sakowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 28 minutes, Mateusz Sakowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Re Loco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mateusz Sakowicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Düsseldorf FC's Alvaro Calvino in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Re Loco's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mateusz Sakowicz in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stelios Kopanaras prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mateusz Sakowicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carles Artadi got free with Stelios Kopanaras in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 40 minutes into the match, Re Loco's goal looked a bit too open when Teofilo Salomon came free, but Arne Rusterholz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41stth minute of the game Alvaro Calvino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Re Loco's Arne Rusterholz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Humberto Egoi made in the 45th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Re Loco's Carles Artadi. Arne Rusterholz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofilo Salomon, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Alvaro Calvino made the kick off in the second half. In the 56thth minute of the game Mateusz Sakowicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Düsseldorf FC's Stelios Kopanaras was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arne Rusterholz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alvaro Calvino's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Re Loco's Carles Artadi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stelios Kopanaras narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Teofilo Salomon took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arne Rusterholz. Arne Rusterholz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Re Loco's Celso Lalla was substituted for Mateusz Sakowicz. Stelios Kopanaras stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celso Lalla's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. With his leg Arne Rusterholz managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when Düsseldorf FC's Alvaro Calvino fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 72 minutes into the match, Düsseldorf FC's goal looked a bit too open when Celso Lalla came free, but Stelios Kopanaras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celso Lalla in the 73rd minute of play forced Düsseldorf FC's goalkeeper Stelios Kopanaras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Celso Lalla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stelios Kopanaras was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Re Loco were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after Düsseldorf FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Carles Artadi took the corner. Carles Artadi made a great header on Re Loco's corner, it was just that Düsseldorf FC's Stelios Kopanaras managed to reach the ball for a save. Re Loco's Arne Rusterholz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Re Loco from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Düsseldorf FC defense, Celso Lalla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stelios Kopanaras. The Düsseldorf FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stelios Kopanaras should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Celso Lalla in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stelios Kopanaras prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Stelios Kopanaras stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celso Lalla's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. After 93rd play minutes Celso Lalla shot 4-2, a short shot which went by Stelios Kopanaras and just under the crossbar into goal. Re Loco were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Düsseldorf FC for a fine match.
