With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adamantios Geronimidis in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felix Amin saved Redbourn AFC from getting behind. C.A. LANUS's Cristian Mergildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tan Cheng in the 19th minute of play. A hard shot 24 in the game by Adamantios Geronimidis from a close distance when the talented Felix Amin managed to make a qualified save. Redbourn AFC's players were relieved. LANUS's Vaani Gómez got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 88th minute, Vaani Gómez made a precise shot to the right of Felix Amin. Redbourn AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-1. In the 92nd minute, Vaani Gómez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elvis Crespo struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Felix Amin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A. LANUS. Felix Amin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vaani Gómez in the 97th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The C.A. LANUS fans cheered their team off the field, for while Redbourn AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
