An unexpectedly hard shot by Wieslaw Szkaradek in the 56th minute of play forced Mamutes EC's goalkeeper Magno Correia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the game, Aaron Nardo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chinho FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mamutes EC the free kick. After 59 played minutes Chinho FC got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Nardo. Gui Almeida made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Dave Panno sent off a good shot on target. Valdo Dantas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gui Almeida firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
