With a little luck, PoWer SC 2K5's Ovidio Ritchie got control of the ball when Pompiliu Moromete tried to sneak it across the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabian Magath made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, PoWer SC 2K5's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Eguzki came free, but Ovidio Ritchie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind PoWer SC 2K5's goalkeeper Ovidio Ritchie, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ovidio Ritchie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pompiliu Moromete in the 58th minute of play. When Max Babbel fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PoWer SC 2K5's protests and gave Max Babbel a yellow card for diving instead. After 59 played minutes PoWer SC 2K5 got a freekick which was hit by Max Babbel. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manuel Klose during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Manuel Klose hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Manuel Klose fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nechifor Zbuchea having to interfere. Max Babbel kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After having played for 65 minutes, Joel Eguzki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Black Diamond's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Eguzki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ovidio Ritchie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 庄杰坤, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. PoWer SC 2K5's Ovidio Ritchie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 庄杰坤 in the 73rd minute of play. Fabian Magath could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Nechifor Zbuchea made a huge save. Fabian Magath sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Pompiliu Moromete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nechifor Zbuchea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Magath, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nechifor Zbuchea made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Fabian Magath sent off a good shot on target.
