Thanks to some nice moves 肖泉岚 could shoot a difficult shot in the 46th minute, which Carlos Germano however easily saved by the left post. After the first half Club Atlético Atlanta were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 肖泉岚 to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute 肖泉岚 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Germano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 姜鸿响 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 郭剑康 charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 郭剑康 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Atlanta's Lázaro Cuartio got a free kick in the 94th minute. 巩傲天's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carlos Germano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. The 宁夏固原犀牛队 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Club Atlético Atlanta's performance. The match ended with a win for Club Atlético Atlanta.
