Kjell Trengereid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matouš Carda in the 11th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by August Wahlnäs in the 14th minute of play forced AntraX FDP.'s goalkeeper Kjell Trengereid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kjell Trengereid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from August Wahlnäs, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. A collision led to AFC - Curitiba getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Jan Bykowski hit a great ball. Fausto da Rocha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kılıçalp Akgün in the 39th minute. Kılıçalp Akgün's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fausto da Rocha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, AntraX FDP.'s goal looked a bit too open when Matouš Carda came free, but Kjell Trengereid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valentyn Lobanovsjkyi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto da Rocha having to interfere. Fausto da Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kılıçalp Akgün in the 58th minute of play. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind AFC - Curitiba's goalkeeper Fausto da Rocha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. AntraX FDP. made a substitution. Gonzalo Plata replaced Kılıçalp Akgün. AFC - Curitiba's Fausto da Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzalo Plata in the 65th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in AFC - Curitiba's zone, Gonzalo Plata stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto da Rocha came out of the goal and Gonzalo Plata tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 84 minutes into the match, AFC - Curitiba's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Plata came free, but Fausto da Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Valentyn Lobanovsjkyi notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of AFC - Curitiba's Fausto da Rocha. Fausto da Rocha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Valentyn Lobanovsjkyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. Fausto da Rocha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. AntraX FDP. had won after a very even match.
